Customization options are different for every Agnes piece. You can choose from the options for available customizations and also you can write your custom request for the product if the piece is appropriate for any other customization.

What is the correct size for me?

The most reliable way for the correct size is to visit a jewelry store and let them professionally measure your requested size. If it is not possible, you can use a ruler or rope for measuring the size you want. 

I want to cancel my order or make a change in my order. What are the conditions?

You can cancel your order in 24 hours after you have ordered your Agnes piece. About changing the order, you should contact our customer support. If it is not shipped, we can provide your request.
